Edosoba Hosokawa

Edosoba Hosokawa Kamezawa is a soba restaurant in Ryogoku, Tokyo. Its signature seiro soba is served with thin, firm noodles and can be ordered with anago tempura. At lunch, waits of 30 minutes to an hour occur, and the interior is a Japanese-style space with wide spacing between seats. The sobayu comes with a strong flavor.
