Daichino Udon

Daichino Udon is near Takadanobaba Station in Shinjuku City, Tokyo, and serves udon with translucent noodles and a Fukuoka-style broth. Its main dishes are gobo ten udon, topped with crispy fried burdock, and niku gobo udon, which adds meat. Orders are placed at a vending machine and only cash is accepted, with customers arriving from around 11:30 on weekdays. The kitchen and utensils are not kept clean.
