Chami is a Western-style restaurant near Kinshicho Station in Tokyo that serves hambagu. The hambagu comes with a choice of one of three sauces: yuzu, demi-glace, or white cream. On weekends, waits outside the restaurant have run from 40 minutes to an hour. Payment is cash only.
