Burabura Kyobashiten

Burabura Kyobashiten is a noodle shop in Kyobashi, Tokyo, that serves aburasoba. The noodles come topped with chashu, menma, naruto, and shredded nori, and are eaten after mixing in onion, garlic, vinegar, and rayu. At the end, broth is poured in and the noodles are mixed again. You can choose between regular and large noodle portions.
