Brasserie Edible is a French brasserie in a side alley west of Sunroad, a short walk from Kichijoji Station in Tokyo. Its truffle risotto is topped with thinly sliced black truffle and served under a clear film that you open to mix the truffle and oil. The small space is split between the first and second floors, with counter and table seating, and offers both course and à la carte menus. The room gets loud when it fills up.
