Boracho

Boracho is a restaurant in Tokyo that serves Western American dishes and pasta. The mushroom garlic comes with bread, and the oyster gratin and Boracho pasta are also available. It appeared in episode 7 of season 3 of Solitary Gourmet, and since there are not many seats, calling ahead to reserve is safer. Indoor smoking is allowed, which can be uncomfortable for those sensitive to cigarette smoke.
