Seina Cafe

Seina Cafe is a cafe in the basement of a building east of Kichijoji Station in Tokyo. It serves coffee, cake, and pasta, and its signature Consala pasta comes topped with salad and cheese, with cake and a drink available as a set. Paper cigarettes can be smoked at every seat, and only one or two people are admitted at a time. PC use is not allowed.
