Café Zenon is a manga-themed café and dining bar located under the elevated tracks, a 2-3 minute walk from Kichijoji Station. It serves meat dishes such as roast beef rice bowls and horse meat burgers, operating as a café during the day and a sakaba at night. Orders are placed via QR code, and terrace seats and second-floor seating are available. During busy hours, seating is limited to two hours.
