Cafe Musashino is inside Shinjuku Central Park near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, serving souffle pancakes and brunch. The signature souffle pancakes come with a soft texture, and sandwiches and clam chowder are also available. It opens early, and you can eat while looking out at Shinjuku Central Park. Two parties were waiting at 9:10 a.m., and at 11 a.m. entry came after a 10-minute wait, so lines run long.
