Araizu Coffee Roasters is a small roasting cafe in Hirano 1-chome, Tokyo, where hand-drip coffee is brewed. It carries more than ten kinds of beans, including Dominican, Salvadoran, Rwandan, and Vietnamese, and the Dominican beans tend to have both acidity and a nutty note. A Fuji Royal roaster sits among the green beans, and the hand-drip coffee ordered comes in a paper cup. There are no tables, only chairs and cup holders, so there is not enough seating to stay long.
