Tachinomi Bakkasu is a standing wine bar in Harmonica Yokocho in Kichijoji, Tokyo, selling wine and snacks. Customers choose from several wines by the glass. It opens at noon every day, the counter holds up to six people standing, and payment other than cash, including cards, is accepted. Male customers who talk to the female staff while staying there make the atmosphere uncomfortable.
