Plat Stand MOTO

Plat Stand MOTO is a standing bar in the basement of a building that houses a shoe store on Sun Road in Kichijoji, a five-minute walk from Kichijoji Station. It serves dishes such as katsuo shio tataki, firefly squid tempura, and smoked potato salad. For Japanese sake, you tell the staff your preferences on a chart, and they suggest candidates and show you the bottles before you order. The bar is almost always full, so finding an open seat right away is difficult.
