NORTH VILLAGE Kichijoji Minamiguchi is a shisha bar on the fourth floor of a building near the south exit of Kichijoji Station, close to the park exit. There is no fixed flavor menu; you tell the staff your preference, such as sweet, refreshing, or fruit, and they mix it to order. The shisha flavor lasts two hours without turning burnt, and the space has sofas and wide spacing between seats. The interior shows its age and is somewhat dirty.
