Kawaraya is a local izakaya near Shibuya Dormy Inn Premium Jingumae that serves Japanese home-style meals and drinking snacks. In the evening, highballs and beer are served alongside the food, and the tuna rice bowl is worth ordering when it is on the menu. Arriving at opening time means eating without waiting in line, and food comes out quickly. The menu is written only in Japanese, so a translation device is needed, and portion sizes are on the small side.
