BAR AOTETSU (バー アオテツ)

Bar Aotetsu is a bar on the third floor of a mixed-use building near the south exit of Kichijoji in Tokyo. It serves cocktails and Japanese sake, and instead of a menu, you describe the flavor or image you want to the bartender and receive a bottle recommendation. The counter seats about 10 people, smoking and cigars are allowed, and cocktails take about 20 to 30 minutes after ordering. Because it is inside a mixed-use building, the location is hard to find at first.
