Udon Nenotsu is a small udon shop between Nezu Station and Ueno Park. Its signature dish is chikutama ten bukkake cold udon, topped with chikuwa and a fried egg, and the noodles are thick and chewy. The cold udon is dipped in tsuyu with daikon radish and ginger. The shop has only 14 seats, so you wait when no table is free.
