HATCOFFEE in Tokyo draws a requested character from a photo onto the latte. Foam is layered by hand for fine 2D work and a soft look in 3D, and matcha cheesecake is also served. The finishing process can be filmed at the counter, staff call each customer when their turn comes, and the standing and takeout lines are separate. After the order arrives, time in the shop is limited to 40 minutes.
