Tokyo Riverside Distillery is a very small distillery in Tokyo that makes craft gin. It makes gin by mixing sake lees left over from sake production with coffee and herbs, then adding aromas such as curry, cacao, and lavender. Staff help with tastings, and gin and tonics can also be ordered. Bottles come in a range of sizes.
