Stage

Stage is a bar in Kuramae, Tokyo, attached to Tokyo Riverside Distillery. It serves original cocktails, gin and tonics, and gin sodas made with craft gin, along with food that pairs with the drinks. The menu includes a three-item omakase selection and signature dishes available only here: chun-kwon and salsicha. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted when seats are open.
