YELLOW FOOD is a small restaurant on a lane of Wuxing Street in Xinyi District, Taipei, serving pasta, risotto, salads and desserts. Its signature pasta uses a thick shrimp sauce, and the spice level can be adjusted. The noodles are cooked al dente with a firm center by default, and diners who prefer them soft can ask when ordering. The shrimp is served peeled, and the food is strongly flavored with prices on the high side.
