WEEKEND CHICKEN Taipei Dome sits attached to Taipei Dome and sells Taiwanese-style fried chicken and chicken burgers, close to National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station. Its weekend fried chicken has crisp skin and juicy meat, and the garlic fries are very thin potato strips with a strong garlic flavor. Chicken tenders are fried to order and served hot, with pepper salt on the table for adjusting seasoning. On performance days only a dedicated set is sold, and single items cannot be ordered.
