Tsubaki

Tsubaki is a modern izakaya in the Yongkang Street alleys of Taipei's Da'an District, about a five-minute walk from Dongmen Station. It serves sashimi platters, beef tongue, mentaiko potato, and crab cheese balls alongside sake, plum wine, and sawa. Seating is limited, so reservations are needed on weekends and in the evening. Portions for each menu item are on the small side.
