The Ramen Boy

The Ramen Boy is a ramen shop on Bade Road in Taipei, between Nanjing Fuxing Station and Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. It serves rich chicken paitan, anchovy chicken paitan, and salt or soy chicken broth ramen, with limited-time menus that change often. At the unmanned ordering machine on the left of the entrance, customers insert cash, take a ticket, and hand it to staff. The shop has about eight bar seats plus water, tableware, and baskets for bags, and it is quiet enough that talking while eating feels awkward.
