Taiwan Xiao Long Bao is a small 24-hour dumpling shop selling xiaolongbao in Ximending. The xiaolongbao are steamed to order and served with ginger and a chili-soy dipping sauce. There are around four tables, and utensils and sauces are self-serve, while takeout dumplings take about seven minutes.
