忠將蔥蔬餅 南陽店

Chungjang Chongshu Bing Nanyang is a street stall five minutes on foot from Taipei Station Exit M6. It grills scallion pancakes with cheese and bacon until the outside is crisp and the inside is chewy, and offers a choice of spicy sauce. The stall is takeout only, with standing tables attached to a pillar. The pancakes do not contain much vegetable, so they leave you less than full as a meal.
