SUSHIRO Taipei Zhonghua Restaurant is a conveyor belt sushi chain in Ximen. Sushi comes off the rotating rail, or you order on a tablet and it arrives on an upper rail. At lunch the wait runs 10 to 30 minutes, and in the evening about an hour, with a number ticket showing the estimated time. Compared with Sushiro in Japan, the taste falls short.
