鮨 水仙sushi-suisen

Sushi Suisen is a counter restaurant near Xinyi Anhe Station in Taipei's Da'an District that serves sushi omakase using seasonal ingredients and seafood shipped from Japan. The chef explains each of the roughly 20 courses, which include dishes such as sea urchin rolls and grilled tuna jaw. The chef describes the ingredients and preparation of each dish throughout the course, which runs in order from appetizer to dessert. Prices are on the high side.
