Sung (Taipei Da'an)

Sung is a bistro in Taipei's Da'an District, next to the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, serving appetizers, pasta, risotto and cocktails. Its signature dishes are charcoal crispy shrimp, mala cream pasta and truffle duck leg risotto. Online reservations are available, and dining time is limited to two hours. The pasta and risotto are more ordinary in taste than the appetizers.
