Xiaozhu Chef Teppanyaki is a teppanyaki restaurant tucked inside a building near Zhongshan Station in Taipei. Chicken thigh meat is stir-fried on the griddle with garlic, and the fried rice is cooked with soy sauce aroma and wok hei. Several of the owner's cooking certificates hang on the wall. Seating is limited, so there can be a wait of about 15 minutes in the evening.
