Zhiming Hong Mianxian is a small deli in Yongkang Village, Da'an District, Taipei, selling da chang mian xian and tian bu la. The mian xian is thick and seasoned, served with softly braised da chang tou. It opens at noon, and customers pay in cash first after ordering. The shop is small, with only a few seats in the back, and prices are on the high side.
