Zijiren Shanghang is a Taiwanese private kitchen with no menu, located in the alleys of Dongmen Station and Dongmen Market in Taipei. The owner selects that day's ingredients and serves home-style dishes such as hot pot and scallion oil chicken, along with house-made plum wine. It takes only one group per day and prepares the menu according to the number of guests and their nationality. Reservations must be made through Facebook, and walk-ins are not accepted.
