嗜鼎（永康店）

Siding Yongkang is a Taipei shop serving spicy noodles and Chinese dishes such as suan la fen, mapo tofu, and stir-fried beef tripe. The suan la fen uses sweet potato noodles in a hot-and-sour broth with a choice of spice level, and the mapo tofu carries a mala aroma and heat. Order and pay in advance at the kiosk outside, then hand the printed ticket inside before cooking begins; water and utensils are self-service. The shop has no Korean menu, which makes ordering difficult.
