Rissi Washi is a Japanese restaurant in Taipei, located under the Jilong Road overpass. It serves sushi, sashimi, and set meals, and the mackerel set comes with pickled side dishes, shredded cabbage salad, half a soft-boiled egg, and miso soup. The eel rice bowl set includes a variety of side dishes and lets you choose the amount of rice. The sushi course is paid after reservation, and the sushi rice uses Chilseong rice.
