Nomura Sushi

Nomura Sushi is a sushi restaurant in Taipei that serves Edomae-style omakase. It uses seafood imported from Japan for dishes such as sardine sushi, grilled fish, clams and cuttlefish. The lunch omakase is divided into three stages and includes at least ten pieces of sushi, with the menu changing every two months. There is no wine or sake menu, which makes choosing alcohol difficult.
