Ximen Chelunbing is a small street stall in Ximending, Taipei, selling wheel cakes. Fillings include red bean, taro, peanut, corn cheese, and red bean mochi, and the filling is not overly sweet. Freshly made cakes differ noticeably in texture from cooled ones, and the shell hardens once cold. The filling does not reach the end, leaving empty space inside.
