西門町鍋燒意麵

Ximending Guoshao Yimian is a street stall in Wanhua District, Taipei City that serves basic and kimchi noodle soups. The basic bowl uses a clean broth with egg and several toppings, while the kimchi noodles are eaten in the style of kimchi ramyeon. Each single serving is boiled to order in its own pot at the stall, and staff respond in English as well. The kimchi noodles are not Korean-style spicy, and the kimchi tastes sweet.
