Mosun Teppanyaki

Mosun Teppanyaki is a teppanyaki restaurant in Taipei that serves seafood and steak as a course meal. The chef grills scallops, shrimp, and A5 wagyu on the iron griddle and performs a flame show in the middle. Steamed egg is cooked inside eggshells, and after the meal guests move to an adjacent dessert space where drinks can be refilled. The course portions are large, so eating through the meat dishes can become tiresome.
