Pal Saek BBQ mini Taipei 101 is a Korean-style barbecue stall in the food court of the Taipei 101 department store. It grills pork belly, or samgyeopsal, on a griddle and serves it with Korean side dishes such as kimchi and bean sprouts. The food court fills up at lunch and dinner, so seats are hard to find. The meat is oily and heavily seasoned.
