LUANA is a Japanese-style Western restaurant and wine bar on a side street in Xinyi District, Taipei, run by a Japanese owner. It serves red and white wine with simple dishes such as pasta with seaweed and butter, hamburger steak in red wine sauce, and cheesecake. The space is quiet and has few seats, and the Japanese owner introduces wines in detail according to taste. Wine is poured in small glasses and drink prices are on the high side.
