Läbu Café

Läbu Café is in an alley near Dongmen Station in Taipei. It serves seafood squid-ink risotto, lemon chicken wings, and tiramisu mochi, and allows pets inside. The basement contains an art space, and seating is available on the first floor, in the basement, and outdoors. During busy periods, food arrives more than 30 minutes late and can take over an hour.
