Dingwuji (formerly Jiuwu) Beef Noodles is a Chinese noodle shop near Taipei's Guanghua Market and Syntrend in Zhongzheng District. Shrimp wontons and dumplings are also ordered alongside the beef noodles. At lunchtime the shop fills with students and office workers, and diners share tables with strangers. The broth carries a spice aroma that divides people.
