江牛樓

Jiang Niu Lou is a restaurant on Minle Street in Taipei's Datong District, near Dihua Street's Yongle Market, that serves beef noodles. Diners choose between hongshao and qingtun broths and between thin noodles and kalguksu, and the bowl comes with smoked vegetables and wasabi. On-site registration starts at 11 a.m., and guests must return 10 to 15 minutes before their reserved time. Payment is cash only.
