Kunyang Beef Noodle in Taipei's Nangang District serves hongshao beef noodles and beef tendon. Its signature ban geun ban yuk mian comes with large pieces of beef and tendon, and the spice level can be chosen. A small bowl contains one portion of noodles and a large bowl contains two, with pickled vegetables and broth available for free refills. The noodles are less chewy than the broth and meat.
