Shangji Shaorou is a yakiniku restaurant in Da'an District, Taipei, serving wagyu and beef tongue. The wagyu comes with salt or wasabi, and diners can also order dolsot albap and yukgaejang. Staff grill every cut at the table, adjusting the cooking time for each part, and a cake is brought out on birthdays. Eating here as a main meal is on the expensive side.
