ShengYan-gyukotsu ramen serves beef bone broth ramen in Taipei's East District. The broth draws out the aroma of beef bones and the sweetness of vegetables, and the bowl is topped with beef. A spicy ramen is also available, though the broth is not strongly spicy. Payment is cash only.
