IPPUDO Taipei Dome

IPPUDO Taipei Dome is an izakaya-style shop selling ramen and snacks on the outdoor restaurant strip on the first floor of Taipei Dome. It serves yuzu-flavored ramen, spicy meat miso ramen, and Daimyogaike tonkotsu ramen along with teppan meat and vegetable snacks. On weekday lunchtimes it is quiet and food comes out quickly, but on performance days or during peak hours the wait line after 5 p.m. stretches outside the door. The ramen and gopchang (grilled intestines) snacks are on the greasy side.
