Hi Sugar is a crêperie near Exit 2 of Zhongshan Station in Taipei that serves Japanese-style soft crepes and drinks. The matcha strawberry crepe includes fresh cream, custard, and honey chiffon cake, and it is made with reduced sweetness. Orders are placed at an outside kiosk and only cash is accepted, with takeout packed in a choice of eco-friendly kraft paper, a delivery cup, or a handle bouquet. Indoor and outdoor seating is limited, so there are few seats for staying long.
