齒牛香 (Wanderlust)

Chihsiuhsiang (Wanderlust) is a Chinese noodle shop in Raohe Street Night Market in Songshan District, Taipei, serving beef noodle soup and beef dishes. The beef noodle soup comes with thick cuts of meat and a rich broth carrying a mild herbal aroma, and the shop also offers beef tendon, sesame cold noodles, and cucumber salad. You take a seat first, then write your order and table number on the paper beside you and pay at the counter. The drawback is that staff responses are rough during busy hours.
