Wei Jie Noodle Shop is a noodle restaurant near Zhonglun Market in Songshan District, Taipei, serving beef noodles, beef offal noodles, and lurou fan. Diners choose between a clear broth and a braised broth, and between thick noodles and regular noodles, and the beef in the bowl is large and tender. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and drinks, garlic, raw chili peppers, pickled vegetables, and huajiao oil are self-serve, with payment made at the counter. Taiwanese-style kimchi is also sold.
