Galerie Shina Omakase

Galerie Shina Omakase is a Japanese restaurant with a gallery concept in an alley in Xinyi District, Taipei. It serves Edomae sushi centered on aged fish and vinegared rice, and its signature dish is cold-smoked Nagasaki bluefin tuna belly smoked over applewood and topped with gold leaf. The menu changes with the seasons, and contemporary art hangs in the space. There is no set menu, so the course is not chosen in advance and creative dishes arrive one after another.
